Holy crap! Another journal entry with in a week! ! WHAT MADNESS IS THIS?!


It's my 23rd birthday of course. Happily, I've gotten quite a few gifts from dear and loving friends. I'm healthy, cheerful and I have a job.

I miss my friends here at Deviant, however, so ---


WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING?! !

So, I've started playing Halo 3 on Live more often. It's usually pretty fun, and I get to talk with rei_kunzero and kill things and generally have a grand ol' time.

Except for tonight, which was apparently "Kill-And-Insult-The-Females-In-Game" night. Very disappointing. Even when I had another girl on the team with me, they would sit there and just... berate us for being girls in Halo.

zomg grls in teh game zomg bitches, we're gonna kill you.


I think that last sentence describes exactly what happened clearly. It irritates me that people are still surprised that A: Girls play video games and B: No, we're not all playing Nintendogs.

It didn't matter too much, especially when the Gods of Halo graced me with a gravity hammer. Then, the situation turns into...


"*BWOOOOM~!* ...tee hee~♥"

rei_kunzero suggested that I join the Gamerchicks clan on Halo, as it's generally a fun and safe environ to be a girl there. We are supposed to play more tonight too. I'm looking forward to it. ♥

We started to play Gears of War instead. I admit, I'm not that great at it, like, at all. XD; But, I'm trying hard. It's still fun, and I think I'm a whole lot in love with the Chainsaw-Gun-Thing... and the grenades. YOU CAN SWING THE GRENADES! WHY HAD NO ONE TOLD ME OF THIS?!

Anyway, now I must stop procrastinating and eat. ♥ Love you, kittens.

Life stuff has been pretty good lately, and I am looking forward to a fat paycheck next week. \o/

As for art? Well, I've been taking a lot of pictures lately, so those might crop up. Mostly of the fat cats, though \(>3</

I've drawn a little, mostly layouts for Sumire in Fallen Leaves which is a new RPG. Ah, I am lame, but at least you love me, right?

I've just come home from Dragon*Con, and man, I remember why I keep going.

It's really, really freaking fun. In the coming year I plan to do a Hinata costume (yes, I've been saying that for a year, haven't I?), an Umbrella Scientist (either with the zombification or without, though I plan on having the 'cure', a steampunk adventurer, and a few other little random things.


I am, sadly, still single, but that's not so bad. I'm happy in my life right now. That's what's damned important.

Wow... It's really been a while hasn't it? I mean, I haven't written in this since 2006!


But to be honest, I'm doing more writing than arting, which is normal to me, I guess.
Unfortunately, my art skills suffer! I must make Furan-senpai proud! I must work harder!
